CBRE GWS is looking for a Finance Manager with a commercial focus to our head office in Stockholm, Solna. In this role, you will be a business partner to the operational business and customer managers in large customer accounts. As a business partner, you work with business-oriented business management which includes analysis, follow-up and preparation of financial data. As a business controller, you are part of our Finance team and report to Senior Finance Manager SFELL (Sweden, Finland, Esthonia, Lithuania and Latvia). We offer a varied work where you get the opportunity to work closely with our Contract Managers and Contract Support on each account. Main tasks:
· Report and run action programs for improved profitability
· Monthly closing work with results and balance analysis and reporting
· Budget and forecasting responsibilities
· Documentation of internal processes and ensure good internal control
· Commercial understanding of the business and development areas
· Follow-up of customers and contracts; compilation of customer reports
· Build good collaboration with the finance department internally and with customers
We are looking for you who are / have:
· At least 5 years of experience working independently with business controlling
· Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, in both Finnish and English
· Good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel.
· Microsoft Dynamics experience is a merit
· Good knowledge in project accounting is a merit
· Experience in leadership is a merit
